Cancellation Policy

TO ENSURE THE SMOOTH OPERATION OF OUR SALON AND PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE TO ALL OUR VALUED CLIENTS, WE KINDLY REQUEST A 30% DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT NOT ONLY SECURES YOUR BOOKING BUT ALSO ALLOWS US TO ALLOCATE THE NECESSARY TIME AND RESOURCES FOR YOUR VISIT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, IT IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. INSTEAD, THE AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL BILL ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, MAKING IT A PART OF THE OVERALL COST.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, INCLUDING IF YOU ARE SICK, WE KINDLY ASK FOR A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS' NOTICE. THIS ALLOWS US THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR VACATED SPOT, ENSURING THAT OUR SCHEDULE RUNS EFFICIENTLY. IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH PRIOR NOTICE WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME, YOUR BOOKING FEE WILL BE CARRIED FORWARD TO YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT. 

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD WILL INCUR A 30% COST OF APPOINTMENT FEE.

WE UNDERSTAND THAT UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS MAY OCCUR, INCLUDING ILLNESS OR THE NEED TO CARE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS SICK. WHILE WE EMPATHIZE WITH THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US TO FIND A BALANCE BETWEEN COMPASSION AND SAFEGUARDING OUR BUSINESS'S FINANCIAL STABILITY. ADDITIONALLY, WE WANT TO ENSURE FAIRNESS FOR OTHER CLIENTS WHO MAY HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT DUE TO OUR FULLY BOOKED SCHEDULE. No show policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a 30% charge of the original service booked.

Refund policy

Eyelash extentions:

External factors such as exposure to water, excess humidity, heat, sweat, incompatibility and improper aftercare can impact the retention of Lash extensions, and these cannot be controlled or monitored by my lash technician. The money paid to have Lash extensions applied are used to cover the time taken, expenses, supplies and expertise of an experienced professional Lash technician. For these reasons in the event of dissatisfaction with retention, a refund generally will not be issued. A free lash infill within the week of the fullest might be offered by the lash artist if the retention hasn’t been achieved.

Private policy

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

Right to refuse policy

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

Health and Safety policy

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.

Product and tool refund policy

We do not provide refunds of any kind however if a product is faulty then we may exchange it.

Payment policy

Deposits must be paid to book services. Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Zippay.
